Fundraising Information, Policy and Application

1.    APPLY – Complete the Timebox Escape Fundraiser Application.  If available, also e-mail an authorized logo file to be added to an advertisement flyer to timeboxescape@gmail.com.  For convenience, Timebox Escape will prepare a fundraiser flyer for the organization’s use. 

2.   COORDINATE – Timebox Escape will review the application and finalize a fundraiser date with the organization’s Authorized Representative and provide a promotion flyer for the organization’s use. Timebox Escape reserves the right to reject fundraisers for any reason.

a.    Fundraisers are held Monday – Thursdays (excluding holidays and Miami Dade Public Schools holiday, recess and planning days).
b.    Each Fundraiser is scheduled for one full day only and cannot be combined with any other scheduled large group event at Timebox Escape.
c.    All fundraisers must be coordinated at least two weeks in advance of preferred fundraising day.

d.    The Authorized Representative is responsible for obtaining all organization reviews and approvals of the fundraiser and the advertisement flyer.

3.    ADVERTISE – Advertise!!! The organization is responsible for 100% advertisement of their fundraiser to generate bookings (in-store or online) via social media, flyers, announcements, etc.  

a.    Organization members are not authorized to stand outside of or nearby Timebox Escape to solicit mall customers for fundraising support.  This is against Timebox Escape and The Falls property policy.
b.    Encourage supporters to book online in advance at timeboxescape.com for the fundraising day.  We will also accept walk-ins too if we have a booking available.  

c.    All Timebox Escape game policies and capacity limits apply.  

4.    PLAY – Have fun!

a.    To receive fundraising credit, players can bring in the flyer the day of, call us and let us know their booking is supporting the fundraiser or add the assigned promo code online to the booking at checkout.  We’ll review and tag all bookings to ensure credit is received.

5.    EARN – Timebox Escape will mail a check payable to the organization no later than 10 business days following the fundraiser day.  

a.    The organization will receive 30% of adjusted gross sales (excluding refunds, discounts, booking fees and taxes).
